Ticks. The antagonists of all summers as they patiently wait for an oblivious being to pass by and become their next meal. Countless hours have been consumed with detailed attempts to locate and destroy these pests before they destroy us.

And now, its time to exact our absolute revenge.

The premise of the game is simple: squash the ticks that appear on the screen as fast as you can. Be warned: these ticks are not patient. They will disappear into the grass after a measly two seconds, so timing is paramount. For each tick you crush, you are rated in the form of points for how fast you crushed it after it appeared. Higher scores are also awarded for smaller ticks, as they are more difficult to pinpoint.

As you play, your progress will be checked in a number of categories, including time, score, and tick thresholds, and high scores and best times are saved in each category. Even if you dont break the record when you reach a threshold, the game will discreetly let you know how far you are off from the record without interrupting play.

In addition to the main event, you can also adjust individual sound volumes, check your high scores and best times, and review the help files within the menu section.
